Calling all BSN, GE, AGMS, DNP and PhD students!
- Are you interested in doing more than just wearing a mask to prevent the spread of COVID-19?
- Are you looking for an interesting, flexible, exciting part-time job?
- Have you always wanted to be part of an truly inter-disciplinary team?
Please join the CRRT Team! The COVID-19 Rapid Response Testing Team is a collaborative public health program run by Chicago Department of Public Health, UIC and Rush University. We focus on COVID testing in congregate settings including long term care facilities, shelters for those who are unhoused, residential treatment centers, and other similar settings. Our goal is early identification of cases so as to prevent further outbreaks in congregate settings. Through this public health intervention, we can get individuals the care that they need early and keep our larger community safe and healthy.
We go out to sites every day--Monday through Friday. We usually start around 8:45 in the morning and are usually done by 3:30, but sometimes the days are slightly shorter and sometimes slightly longer. We use a self-scheduling system. You get to decide when you work based on your availability.
You will play a crucial role in swabbing, data entry and logistics. We provide all necessarily PPE to keep you safe.
If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to Rebecca Singer at firstname.lastname@example.org
