Responsibilities:
Provides professional nursing care to patients through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation to ensure physical and mental well-being.
- 75% Provides care to individuals within a specialized area of medicine to ensure physical and mental well-being
- 10% Evaluates current care plans, completes assessments, develops specialized treatment plans, documents medical activity, and analyzes patient data and results to help diagnosis and treat illnesses and diseases
- 10% Educates patients and their support systems on how to manage conditions and to promote the health and well-being of patients and those around them
- 5% Participates in medical research as needed in collaboration with medical professionals and internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications:
Required:
National Provider Identifier (NPI) eligibility
Preferred:
3 years experience as a registered nurse in an ambulatory clinic setting
Experience working under nurse protocols and patient education
Technical skills such as: injections, IV, triage, and wound care
License/Certification:
Required
BCLS - Basic Life Support
Healthcare Provider level CPR/BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
Required
RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure And/Or Compact State Licensure
Must be licensed in the state of Wisconsin
