  • Phone Issues Resolved

    The phone issues have been resolved by the carrier. If you are still experiencing a problem, please contact the help desk and we will do our best to assist you. Thank you, and have a wonderful weekend.

  • Intermittent Phone Issues

    We are experiencing some intermittent phone issues currently. Ongoing calls are taking multiple attempts before they go through, and some calls from outside lines are not going through as well.

    CIS is working with our Phone service provider to resolve the issue. We will update everyone once service has been restored. Thank you for your patience while we work to resolve the issue.

  • Network Downtime

    On Tuesday, Sept 25th CIS will be working on the A107C network closet to add additional network devices for the new distance learning classroom. During this maintenance the Testing Room will be down. The maintenance downtime should take no long than 2 hrs, and the testing room will be back online prior to that.

  • Audio Problems in A100

    Currently the vendor has been able to get 4 out of 8 mics working. 2 of the handhelds and 2 of the label mics are working. They are continuing to work on the other mics to ensure the room is fully operational as soon as possible.
