AMITA Health is proud to offer a residency program to help newly graduated nurses transition into clinical proactive. Based on the science of transition shock, the program is designed to help nurses flourish personally and professional in their first year. The next cohort will start December 2021
In addition to preceptor-based training on the unit of hire, nurse residents will attend 15 cohort meetings to innovate, inspire, and empower them in a nurturing and caring environment.
A generous sign on bonus of $2,500.00 will be offered if applicable.
