About: The Dr. Jade Malay High Achiever Award established Dr. Jade Malay of Texas, an esteemed medical professional and entrepreneur. Each year $1,000 is awarded to two highly motivated students pursuing a higher education.

Eligibility Criteria:

The Hade Malay Higher Achiever Award is open to:

• High school seniors, college undergraduate students and graduate students.
• Minimum 2.5 GPA weighted
• Female students who identify as a member of a minority group
• All Majors
• International students are welcomed and encouraged to apply.
