Springfield Participants:
The Illinois Department of Public Health welcomes you to their Obstetric Hemorrhage train-the-trainer quality improvement program. This course lays the foundation for technical skills, communication skills, and teamwork that enable you to reinforce hemorrhage education in your network hospitals.
This is a hands-on, interactive course*. The morning will consist of reviewing the materials. The afternoon will provide an opportunity to practice various techniques that literature states is beneficial to decrease hemorrhage incidents.
*Please dress accordingly, simulated blood will be used.
