About our lab:
Our lab is dedicated to alleviating disparities in access to mental health services for children and families, with a focus on vulnerable populations (e.g., urban poverty, ethnic/racial minorities). We develop and support alternative models of mental health care that extend beyond traditional clinic-based services, to improve access to and effectiveness of services that impact mental health. Our work is rooted in communities, and we collaborate with several organizations across Chicago toward these goals.
