Dean Dickerson will be in conversation with Richard Rothstein, a Fellow with the NAACP Legal Defense Fund's Thurgood Marshall Institute, an Economic Policy Institute Research Associate, and the author of The Color of Law: A Forgotten History of How Our Government Segregated America.
