We live in times that are challenging, and also times that call for reflection and a greater sense of perspective with our life experiences. Research has shown that the practice of gratitude may improve people’s mental and physical health, as well as relationships with others.
The ONLINE Gratitude Group Program is infused with positive psychology, which focuses on cultivating gratitude in everyday life, the people around us, and upcoming journeys and transitions. The program consists of five, 90-minute group sessions. Each session will focus on practical strategies and experiential activities to cultivate gratitude in your life.
The Gratitude Group will be held on Thursdays from 3-4:30pm, starting from June 18th (6/18, 6/25, 7/9, 7/16, 7/23).
