Join a Counseling Center ONLINE Self-Compassion Workshop!
Self-Compassion is a 4-week workshop designed to help you be less self-critical and more compassionate to yourself. The workshop will include interactive activities, journaling, guided meditations, and discussion among members. In order to participate in the workshop, we ask that students commit to attend all 4 weeks of the workshop and practice the weekly skills outside of the workshop. This workshop will be held online and participants are expected to use video during the meeting.
Dates: Fridays from 2-3:30 PM on 5-8-20, 5-15-20, 5-22-20 & 5-29-20.
