Are you planning on taking a UIC course or two over the summer?
Current students who plan on enrolling for classes during UIC’s summer term can apply for the LARES Summer Session Award. Five recipients will be awarded up to $7000; this funding is intended to cover tuition and fees associated with summer courses.
Applications are currently being accepted and the deadline for submission is Friday, May 8, 2020.
Applicants must be:
- Current UIC undergraduate students who have earned a minimum of 12 UIC credit hours.
- In good academic standing with a minimum GPA of 2.5.
- Eligible for in-state tuition.
- Planning on registering for at least one UIC summer course.
Holders of F-1 student visas are ineligible for this award.
