All UIC students are invited to attend the virtual "Feeling Good Fridays" workshop series hosted by the Counseling Center. Workshops will be held each Friday in April (11am-12pm) online. Topics include taming critical voices, managing test anxiety, learning how our mental health impacts our physical health, and how to be more compassionate to ourselves.
Students are welcome to attend one to all of the workshops, and registration is required. Please see the flyer for more information!
