The Honors College is proud to partner with Professor Dick Simpson, PhD. and the Dept. of Political Science for a special guest lecture and lunch with former Illinois Governor, Pat Quinn on Wednesday, February 26, 2020.
The lecture will coincide with Professor Simpson’s POLS 101 class from 1-1:50pm in LCF1. Governor Quinn will discuss the upcoming 2020 Presidential Election, the meaning and importance of the March election, as well as the upcoming legislative session in Springfield.
Lunch will follow from 2-3pm in BH 121 for Honors College students, faculty, and staff, in addition to Professor Simpson’s students.
