Make Mondays Matter February 3, 2020 Taking place the first Monday of each month, this regular service opportunity allows students to give back while they are on campus. They vary from month to month and have included making fleece-tie blankets for infants of teen parents, assembling welcome kits for hospice patients, creating cards for veterans, making dog toys for shelter animals, and more. 10th Urban Innovation Symposium January 24, 2020 The Urban Planning and Policy Student Association is hosting the Urban Innovation Symposium this Friday. The day session brings professionals from around the region to provide insight into cutting-edge ideas surrounding water access, the decreasing black population in Chicago, and the 2020 Census. The evening session is a more relaxed atmosphere for urban professionals to deliver presentations and network.
