EuroScholars is a competitive admission study abroad program that enables students to conduct research at a partner university abroad in Belgium, Germany, the Netherlands, and Switzerland, for one or two semesters. Research opportunities are available in the sciences, social sciences and humanities. Eligibility:
--Cumulative UIC GPA of 3.4 or higher. (Membership in the Honors College is not a requirement.)
--Demonstrated academic background in the selected field of study and specialization.
--Strong interest in research. Students opting for a research project in the Natural Sciences, including practical laboratory work, must have ample laboratory experience.
--At the time of participation, students should be in the second half of their academic program (minimum 60 total credit hours).
