Metro Achievement Center is a non-profit aimed at helping low-income Chicagoland students achieve academic and personal success through our one-on-one tutoring and mentoring program, coupled with a virtue-building curriculum and parental engagement classes.
We are currently recruiting volunteer tutor-mentors to assist us in the 2019-2020 school year program. We have had a few honors college students in the past, as we are located next door to UIC at 310 S. Peoria Street, such as Abigail Olsen, Kaitlynn Richardson, etc. We'd love to continue the partnership and were hoping if you had any students interested, to send them our way!
