The Honors College is looking for driven, detail oriented students to join the Front Desk Student Worker Team for the Summer & Fall terms.
We’re looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
- Completed at least the minimum part-time enrollment [six (6) credit hours] for the Spring 2019 semester
- Are enrolled in and will be able to maintain at least the minimum part-time enrollment during either of Summer 2019 sessions;
- Undergraduate and graduate students = three (3) credit hours
- Students enrolled in the College of Dentistry, Medicine, and Pharmacy = five (5) credit hours
- Enrolled and will maintain minimum part-time enrollment [six (6) credit hours) for the Fall 2019 semester
- Summer availability in both mornings and/or afternoons (8am-5pm) between 10-20 hours/week
- Fall availability in mornings and/or afternoons (8am-5pm) between 10-15 hours/week
- Highly adaptable and able to thrive in fast paced environments
- Detail-oriented, personable individuals who work well under pressure to meet deadlines and function as part of a team
- Previous experience in customer service and/or academic settings
- Proven understanding of the components and requirements of the Honors College
- Comfortable answering phones, relaying messages and assisting a variety of students and guests
- Current Honors College student
