Hi, Honors students,
My name is Suhaib Qasim and I am a first year in the Honors College. I am currently working to create an organization, named RefuDreams, aimed towards giving refugee communities better access to higher education through tutoring and college counseling. If anybody is willing to join the board and become a member, contact me at sqasim3@uic.edu. We will get this organization off the ground and running, recruiting volunteers and solidifying our mission. All students are welcome, and once a good amount of individuals have expressed interest, we will hold a meeting to discuss the next steps.
