Come get to know how UIC College of Pharmacy and UIC College of Medicine is working together to help the homeless population in this open event to all pre-health students as hosted by Pre-Pharmacy Club!
The guest speaker for this event will be Dr. Anesia Reticker, a PGY1 Resident involved with the Chicago Street Medicine Program in which UIC medical students and faculty provide care to Chicago’s unsheltered homeless population. Dr. Reticker provides the pharmacy services for the program. This program is only two years old and it’s so needed in Chicago. There is a large homeless population in the city not receiving adequate medical care. Come get to know how UIC Pharmacy is working with UIC College of Medicine to provide care to this population!
