We know that you are stressed so we are creating a relaxing experience for you.
Immerse your tired body and stressed brain in a wave of sound. It’s time for your Sound Bath!
This is NOT a lecture or a presentation. Its’s an experience. In this experience, participants will be guided to focus on the moment, the music and to let go of everything else. You can lay down or sit with your head on a desk. Getting into whatever positon makes you the most comfortable.
No email. No phone. No meetings.
For 30 minutes all you have to do is breathe, listen, relax and let go.
These sessions are crafted to be short which make it easier to fit into your busy schedule. Please join us!
