The Language & Cultural Support Services (LCSS) team focuses on meeting the social & emotional and academic needs of refugee & immigrant students within the district. We facilitate and assist in enabling our students to achieve their fullest potential, academically by providing additional support for students to develop healthy coping skills, increase self-esteem, improve interactive skills, and facilitate environmental changes that will enable successful functioning within the school setting.
Our Mission: Provide a high-quality education for all language learners that is attentive to a culturally and linguistically diverse community of students, families, and educators.
