Continuing the trend we started last year, the Honors College will be allowing any Honors College student access to reserve specific spaces in the college after-hours (5-8pm) this semester! You will be able to reserve space for student organization meetings, study groups, or other meet ups.
In order to obtain permission to make Honors College after hours space reservations, all interested parties will be required to complete a brief in-person training that reviews the process for making reservations in addition to shutting the college down before departing. Please note- even those who participated in these trainings last year must attend again in order to reserve space moving forward.
If you think you might want to reserve space in the Honors College starting at 5pm at any point this semester, we encourage you to sign up for one of the following trainings:
- Friday 9/6 | 12:00-12:45pm
- Tuesday 9/10 | 3:00-3:45pm
- Thurs 9/12 | 1:00-1:45pm

Please note, if you are part of a student organization that plans to use the college for meetings, any members who will be responsible for finishing the meeting and closing the space will need to complete this training.
