All students must submit their Honors Activity Agreement Form, Honors College Capstone Agreement Form, or Capstone Proposal Update Form to the Honors College Front Desk by 4pm on Friday, February 1, 2019. These forms are available at https://honors.uic.edu/academics/forms/.
Your agreement form must be signed by your activity/capstone supervisor. If you are a first year student, your Honors Core course is your Honors Activity and your Core instructor is your Activity Supervisor. All other students, your Agreement Form must also be approved by your Faculty Fellow. This means that you must meet with your fellow in person, give them time to read what you have written on your agreement form, and sign it in time for you to meet the deadline.
