Wellness Over Break
Students may find that the holiday breaks are a stressful time. You might find yourself worried about finances, relationships, or missing people who have passed away.
If you feel stressed, try some tips to help you feel more rested and connected, including making time for supportive family and friends, and volunteering in your community.
Remember that the holidays don't need to be perfect to be meaningful, restful, and fun.
