The student should have good written communication and organizational skills and be able to take initiative. Availability to work during the summer is required. Due to conflict of interest, we cannot hire students from the College of Business. Students should not be graduating any earlier than May 2020 to ensure sufficient longevity on the job. GENERAL DUTIES: Include filing, answering phones, preparing reports and mailings for supervisors, distributing office mail, operating a Xerox machine, maintenance of filing and record-keeping systems under supervision, room reservations, Internet research as needed, update website, monitor office supplies needs, and special projects as assigned. HOURS: 15-20 hours/week between 9:00 am-4:30 pm. Must be able to work a minimum of a 4-hour block during the day and work during the summer.
