College can be stressful. Not to mention balancing school, and everything else we have going on in our lives! So how can we be mindful of our own mental health and wellness amidst competing priorities in ways that are proactive and meaningful?
Come explore these ideas with us about mental health, finding balance, energy management, and more in this event co-hosted by GPPA, the Honors College Advisory Board, and the Honors Ambassadors.
Together, we'll: dig deeper into the relevance and meaning of "self-care," explore proactivity vs reactivity in regards to taking care of our mental health, and engage with what it could look like to replace the idea of "time management" as "energy management.”
