Do you enjoy writing and want to get published? Are you interested in the global and local issues of today? Are you passionate about social issues, and want your voice to be heard?
If you answered yes to any of these questions, write an article for OneWorld Journal and be PUBLISHED in this year’s 2018-2019 issue!
Your article (350-650 words) will be laid out in our annual publication by our graphics designer (see the last issue here!) then distributed throughout the Honors College and other on-campus locations. Your words will inspire others to think critically about diverse viewpoints. Then, after submitting your article, you will be eligible to apply for an executive board position!
Don’t know what to write about? Check out some examples of articles from previous years here. For anyone who needs some inspiration, you can optionally email us for list of suggested to topics to pick from. Articles must fall under one of three categories: World News, Opinions, or Study Abroad & Travel.
OneWorld Journal is accepting all article submissions from now until Sunday, October 14th, 2018. We are looking for good quality drafts; once you submit your article, our editorial board will walk you through the rest of the editing process.
