We are kicking off the Fall 2018 Professional Development Series next week! On Thursday, September 20, at 4pm, Lauren Gallagher, Assistant Director of Career Development and Internships in the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences, will host a session at the Honors College for students interested in learning more about internships. Read below for more information. We hope to see you there!
How do internships help prepare you for your career? Are they relevant for all majors? Where do you even begin to find one? Lauren will provide insight and answer your questions about the best ways to begin searching and applying to internships. Even though she works within the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences, this presentation will be beneficial for students in any UIC program. No need to RSVP in advance, just join us in the quiet study (121 BH) at 4pm next Thursday, September 20.
