Calling all students!
We at the UIC Arab American Cultural Center (ArabAmCC) have launched our campaign for the University of Illinois (UIC/UIUC/UIS) System to implement a Middle Eastern North African (MENA) racial category on all official documents. Arab and MENA students are currently categorized as white on all documents, and this must change in order to best serve their needs.
