Are you seeking a rewarding volunteer opportunity? Looking for an Honors Activity for the Fall 2018 semester? Check out the following opportunities at Erie Neighborhood House:
Erie Neighborhood House is seeking 30 UIC students to help assist with English literacy and writing. Volunteers will be paired with a non-English speaking adult for 2 hour periods any time between 8am and 9pm Mondays through Saturdays.
Erie Neighborhood House is also looking for any UIC students that can present (in Spanish) various health education workshops. Topics include diabetes, general wellness, mental health, obesity, heart disease, and more.
Lastly, Erie Neighborhood House is searching for a bilingual Office Assistant that can work Saturday mornings (10am-12pm) or evenings once a week.
