The UIC College of Dentistry Office of Information Technology is seeking a dynamic problem solver with excellent customer service skills to fill the full-time position of Information Technology Support Associate (Desktop Support Specialist). The Information Technology Support Associate will provide front line problem solving and troubleshooting to support faculty, staff and students for the College of Dentistry. The Support Specialist is an expert on capabilities of the College's IT infrastructure, and is responsible for the development, documentation, implementation, maintenance, and use of the computer hardware and software systems in order to ensure the best utilization of the College's IT systems.
