Do you feel like there is too much to do and just not enough time to get it all done? If you’re feeling overwhelmed that’s a symptom of being stressed. Let the Wellness Center help you. Although we can’t do your homework we can help to make you feel calmer and a little more relaxed. Using music, lavender oil, and stretching we help to calm you and your brain waves down. Give yourself a moment to relax and attend a stress reduction session (April 3, April 13, April 19, and April 23) in SCE room 611 from 1:00pm to 2:00pm.
