O4U (Out for Undergrad) applications are open with the Business Conference being held in NYC from September 21-23, 2018.

As a reminder, this competitive application process is geared towards high achieving students (average GPA among attendees was 3.75) identifying as part of the LGBTQ community. It is an all expense paid-for trip (except for a $90 registration fee this year). O4U also has Marketing, Tech, and Engineering conferences on separate dates. From a UIC Attendee: this was a life-changing experience for me in terms of finding empowerment within the business world. I built a long lasting network with some of the most powerful leaders, as well as, peers from all around the world. I cannot recommend it enough for students at UIC and hope to see our representation at events like this grow.
