In the chaos of classes, work, social lives and more, finding time to proactively practice self-care can be a challenge. Additionally, the stigma around mental health can create a barrier to discussing how to care for ourselves and one another. In this workshop, Dr. Nick Sotor will talk through how to practice mindfulness, what healthy self-validation looks like, and how to reimagine self-care in a holistic way.
