The Office of Governmental Relations for the University of Illinois system is hiring a new fellow for the 2018-2019 school year. The OGR Student Fellowship Program provides a bright, highly motivated college student a unique opportunity to experience firsthand the operations of a state university and how it interacts with local, state and federal government. Responsibilities include researching and analyzing local, state, and federal issues and legislation that impact the university. Fellow will also have the opportunity to participate in meetings with University leadership and Government leaders, interact with campus student leaders and organizations, and work to organize campus events with elected officials and political candidates.
