Paint Your Stress Away with MannMukti at UIC!
MannMukti is a national nonprofit organization created to battle mental health stigma in the South Asian community, normalize, and discuss mental health issues to create a new narrative of compassion and acceptance. We encourage healthy, open dialogue of South Asian mental health issues in an effort to remove stigma, improve awareness, and create a safe space on campus for students to be educated, heard, and empowered. All UIC students are welcome to attend our events!
Please fill out our rsvp form (https://forms.gle/YmXatcqBDJxA9eRL9) if you plan on attending our painting event on Monday, October 9th from 6:00-8:00pm. We will provide totes, canvases, paints, and brushes! We will also have ice-cream for everyone! :) Location will be announced soon on our instagram, it will be on campus!
