Do final exams stress you out? Join your Honors College Advisory Board for a relaxing evening. The wellness center will be providing a “stretching out your stress” workshop where attendees can learn about stress and how to manage it with breathing and stretching exercises. DIY aromatherapy oil roll-ons and DIY study snacks will follow the presentation. The event will be held in the Honors College Lounge Burnham Hall on November 30 from 5-7pm.
