"Casina" is a play adapted (from the original Roman comedy by Plautus) by our own Luana Davila, a Classics major and Arabic minor. Luana has taken the traditional lost daughter play and transported it to a Mexican ranch in the 90s. The play's all Latinx cast captures all the pain of a household broken by unfulfilled wants and dreams while not forgetting that "Casina" is originally a comedy after all.
The play will be live-streamed from Columbia College at 7:30 PM CDT this Friday!
