Then take advantage of an opportunity to help with improving biomedical research support and career development opportunities via volunteer work through the American Physician Scientists Association (APSA), http://www.physicianscientists.org/, a nonprofit organization dedicated to the successful career development of physician scientists. I, Jennifer Kwan, am the American Physician Scientists Association (APSA) Policy Chair, I am writing to invite pre medical students interested in getting involved with projects to help increase biomedical research funding and gain career mentorship to apply.
Great for those interested in the physician scientist pathway but also those who are interested in a biomedical science career. Chances to interact with giants in their fields. Happy to provide career mentorship for those interested in the physician scientist track as well.
