Scholarships to attend APHA:
A collection among health professionals is underway to support Chicago Area students to attending the 2015 APHA Conference Saturday October 31 – Wednesday November 4th. A significant contribution has already been made by Project Brotherhood (Chicago AHEC). This fund will pay for the “Green” student level membership and registration fees for the conference.
WHO CAN APPLY FOR SUPPORT TO ATTEND APHA ?
You must be a student OR a Community Health Worker earning less than $45,000
Be able to attend at least 2 days of APHA (from Saturday Oct 31 – Wednesday November 4, 2015)

OPTIONAL only if you tweet: Tweet about your experience (and your selfie ) at Project Brotherhood @PBhood. LESS than 1 page word document reflecting on your experience at APHA to: mr.murray@projectbrotherhood.net (please put STUDENT AT APHA in subject line)
OPTIONAL ACTIVITIES: We are planning a PRE-APHA meeting to orientate people to attending this huge conference. We will have a POST-APHA meeting to reflect on this year’s meeting.
