We are pleased to announce the CME Group Foundation Scholars Program for 2021-22. Students will receive a scholarship of up to $20,000, renewable for three years. The program is open to low-income, Black and Latinx students majoring in finance, computer science, information technology, math, cybersecurity, data science, statistics, or financial engineering.
The CME Group Foundation Scholars program is open to rising sophomores, juniors, and seniors. For university partners with 4+1 programs (bachelor’s degree in a technical field and a one-year master’s in finance), students can apply for three years of support in junior, senior, and master's years.
CME Group Foundation Scholars will attend a Market Education Day in August 2021 to learn about CME Group, as well as the financial services industry and summer internships. This event may be virtual, depending on safety concerns at that time.
The application will open on February 15, 2021. The deadline to apply is April 2, 2021.
