Hi Everyone!
We are Code-Red @ UIC, a new organization dedicated to eliminating period poverty and dismantling the stigma surrounding menstruation both on campus and within the Chicagoland area.
Our main goals are advocacy, education, and drives and fundraising. At the moment, we are working on installing free sanitary product dispensers in high-traffic bathrooms across campus, and we have hosted a drive which collected 1300+ sanitary products.
