Inclusion & Engagement student survey for Spring 2022.
Survey Invite Information
We invite you to participate in the UIC Equity Dashboard Inclusion and Engagement Survey. This survey was created through a partnership between the Office of Diversity, Equity, and Engagement, the Office of Institutional Research, and the Office of Vice Provost for Academic and Enrollment Services.
The survey will take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete. All students who complete and submit the survey by
Monday, February 7th will be entered into a drawing to receive one of twenty $50 Amazon gift cards. We will be giving away a total of 10 gift cards. One name will be drawn for each gift card. If your name is chosen, you will receive an email from Michelle Manno (mmanno2@uic.edu) before the end of the Spring semester.
The survey was created to better understand whether undergraduate students like you feel included in and engaged on campus. We’ll use the information we get from the survey to improve our programs and services so that we can provide a better campus climate for all of our students at UIC.
Your participation in this survey is voluntary. If you choose, you can start the survey and stop at any time. The information collected will be kept absolutely confidential, and no references to your individual responses will be made in any written or oral reports.
