TEDxUofICHicago is proud to present our second Salon of the year: "Devil’s Advocate"
Our speaker is Dr. Nicky Jackson, who is currently an Associate Professor and Coordinator of Criminal Justice in the Department of Behavioral Sciences at Purdue University Northwest. She is the Executive Director of the Center for Justice and Post-Exoneration Assistance at PNW. She is also President of the Willie T. Donald Exoneration Advisory Coalition. More recently, she has been featured in People Magazine for her work in wrongful convictions. The most notable honor bestowed to Dr. Jackson is the Sagamore of the Wabash Award (2021), the highest civilian honor, granted by Indiana Governor Eric Holcomb for her service to humanity.
