The Food Recovery Network is a UIC service organization committed to fighting food insecurities and eliminating food waste.
On our mission to help our UIC and Chicago community FRN has weekly recoveries from UIHealth hospital in the mornings at 9am where we pick up and package leftovers. We then donate the food our the Franciscan Outreach Center. Recoveries normally take 30 minutes to 1 hour.
