via Engineering in Medicine and Biology Society:
All students are invited to join EMBS for the first Distinguished Lecturer event of the year with Dr. Michelle Johnson from the University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Johnson will lecture about her area of research in robot-mediated rehabilitation. She is focused on linking robot-assisted interventions with body dysfunction due to aging and neural disease.
Her talk topic opens a social discussion in bioengineering regarding how society can overcome barriers to provide this advanced technology at an affordable scale.
Join us this Wednesday at 1:00 PM!
