During this hour, the UIC Alumni Exchange will explore how health professionals observe cultural cues to learn more about the customs and practices of their clients.
UIC College of Applied Health Sciences alumnus and registered dietitian, Eric Meredith BS ’94, MS ’12, MEd ’15, will discuss how providers use this information to design culturally relevant nutrition interventions to deliver the best possible care and outcomes.
