Saturday, October 10th is World Mental Health Day!
What will you do to take care of YOU? Whether it's taking time to sleep in, call a friend, or drink a cup of hot chocolate, be sure to take time out of your busy lives to honor your health and wellness.
Reading a good book? Sink into a couple more chapters. Got a favorite video game? Spend a half-hour playing--just for fun! What music do you listen to? Give yourself some time to blast it and dance, or play softly in the background as you nap. Whatever you do, make sure it brings you joy and peace.
Remember that you are valuable, wonderful, and worthy of spoiling yourselves--often, and without guilt!
