All students must submit your Honors Activity Agreement Form or Honors College Capstone Agreement Form to the Honors College Front Desk by 4pm on Friday January 30, 2015. These forms are available at http://www.uic.edu/honors/forms/.
IMPORTANT: Your agreement form must be signed by your activity/capstone supervisor. If you are a sophomore or above, it must also be approved by your Faculty Fellow. This means that you must meet with your fellow in person, give him/her time to read what you have written on your agreement form, and sign it in time for you to meet the deadline.
