Gallery 400 is pleased to partner with AFIRE Chicago, Chicago Coalition of Household Workers (Latino Union), the Committee on Pilipino Issues, GK-USA Chicago Chapter, National Asian Pacific American Women's Forum, and the UIC Asian American Studies program to present a screening of the film "Delano Manongs: Forgotten Heroes of the United Farm Workers." This documentary, directed by Marissa Aroy, examines the history of Filipino farmworkers and their important, but often overlooked role in American labor struggles.
